You can earn rewards points by shopping at stores designated by the platform.Participating stores will be marked on the bottom banner of the page.

Log in to your account, go to the rewards points redemption page, Select the gift card you want and redeem it with your rewards points. Upon successful redemption, the gift card will be sent to your account. You can view it in the "My Gift Cards" page.

Rewards points redeemed for gift cards generally cannot be canceled. Please double-check the gift card and redemption amount before confirming.

After paying for an order, the reward points issued to the account are pending. If the order is refunded during this period, the corresponding reward points obtained for this order will be cancelled.

Points have a validity period of 180 days and will expire afterward. Please use your points within this period to avoid losing them.

After placing an order, it typically takes 3-7 days to process. During this time, you can check your points status on the "Record" page.

There is a processing time after the order is completed.
If your points haven't updated by the end of the expected verification period, please contact us promptly.
